I have a few: but tenants are paying the rent and it all really depends on the tax regime in your home country: mine are in New Zealand where all the captial gains are free! At the moment we rent the place we live in and its lovely having a landlord deal with all the maintenance issues!
If someone was to hold a gun to my head and insist that I confess my creed or else said gunslinger would threaten to blow my brains out all over the linoleum, I'd have to say, "Well, if that's the case, then I guess I'm a cynical optimist, but go ahead and pull the trigger, I think that you're gonna miss."
